Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases made with Boqly, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Personalised, perishable, or clearance items may not be eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment-gateway timelines may apply.
